Adjustable Design The insoles have a total of 3 layers: a 1/5" top layer and gel layer, and a 3/5" base layer, for a combined thickness of 1". These layers are removable, allowing for customized heel lift optimization. They help correct leg length discrepancy.

Comfortable to Wear Made of high-quality soft gel and breathable fabric, these height-increasing insoles can be washed and reused.

Adjustable Height Design The heel lift inserts are height-adjustable, making them great for addressing leg length discrepancies, Achilles tendinitis, heel pain, heel spurs, and sports injuries. The adjustable layers allow you to build up the height by adding layers yourself, and the strong self-adhesive keeps them firmly in place for lasting comfort.

Easy to Use Each layer of the SQHT adjustable heel wedge lift can be used individually or in combination. You can choose to lift a little more at the heel or add more cushioning on hard shoes, adjusting to fit your unique needs. One or two layers work for any shoes, while all three layers are perfect for high-tops or boots.

High-Quality Material The blue base layer is made of soft, anti-skid PU foam and gel, keeping it sticky while being lighter, allowing for easy walking. If the stickiness diminishes, you can simply tear off and clean with water and soap to restore it. The fabric of the top layer is breathable, moisture-wicking, and durable.

Fit for Enclosed Shoes These heel cushion inserts are suitable for most men and women, and fit a variety of shoe types, including high-tops, sneakers, leather shoes, sandals, flats, tennis shoes, boots, and rubber shoes. However, please ensure you have enough room in your shoes for these height-increasing insoles.
